    In project implantation, senior engineers in AVTrace will strictly supervise and manage every project implantation details, and all works will be recorded and documented and kept for data search and maintenance. AVTrace provides comprehensive training services to help the user/ integration provider building a skilled engineers team to undertake daily system maintenance and troubleshooting. For faulty parts within warranty period, the principle of replacements advance will be followed, i.e. users shall send the faulty parts after they receive the replacements. In case of the user/integration provider failing to remedy the malfunctions within the warranty period, we will send professionals to the site to deal with the problem. If severe malfunction occurs to the system, we commit that we will send related personnel to the site to handle the problem as soon as possible once receive the notice of the user/ integrate supplier. In addition, AVTrace Electronic Technology Co., LTD. (Guangzhou) has established maintenance and spare parts centers in China to provide fully technical support and maintenance service.
